THE END!

Well here we are one week from my last post and I have not done anything. Three of my siblings and I were sick all week. And when I say sick I mean sick. We were in bed all day almost every day this week. Did not do anything but be sick. It was horrible and I was miserable. I do not think I have been this sick since I was a child. One day near the end of the week I was feeling a little better and was talking to the lady I work for (telling her I couldn't come to work again) and she asked me, "So have you been running lately?" I said no, I've been in bed...literally! lol Anyway, now we are at the end of the 6 weeks so...technically the end of this blog.....I think I might keep blogging from time to time to use this as a motivation tool. As far as results go, I do not know that I lost much actual weight and I only measured myself twice so I don't know what kind of inches I did or did not lose...but, I do feel a whole lot better than if I hadn't been doing anything these last few weeks. And it helped keep me "in line" when I otherwise wouldn't have.  Thanks to anyone who followed and kept me in their prayers these last 6 weeks! :-) I'll keep you posted!

Week 5 Day 3/4/5/6

LoL! Not blogging for over a week sure got me out of the habit! Looks like I missed a few days... :-P So here is your "end of the week" update. :-) We had a glorious week weather wise so I was able to do a lot of walking outside. Feels so much better!!! Wednesday we walked in the morning and then I did about half of the Slim in 6 phase 3 with my sister in the afternoon (Whew!). Thursday, walked in the morning. Friday, walked in the morning. Today I took a walk in the afternoon with my sister. All but one of these walks were outside!!! Need I say how excited I am? :-P Unfortunately, we are supposed to get some more cold weather this week. But! I am hopeful! Spring is on the way! And in the mean time.....my roller skates came in!!!! So I will, hopefully, be adding some of that to my routine now. :-) Day of rest tomorrow!

Week 5!!!

Wow! Last week went by so fast! I had a wonderful time but (surprise surprise) I did not do any actual form of exercising. lol Hey! I was on vacation! I did, however, chase children, go shopping, and much more so, I think that counts. :-) Got home late last night. Will not be doing the video today but it is SO beautiful outside I think I will grab a walk at some point. Tomorrow, back to the drill! :-P Oh! My skates came on! So I will be adding that to my regular routine. Can not wait!!!

Week 3 Day 5/6

Man, this week has been nuts only to get crazier as the week went on. I did not do anything yesterday as I was busy with other stuff. ;-) And now I will be going out of town for just over a week so not only do I know that I will not be working out every day (and even if I do it will probably be something besides the Slim in 6 as I will not have it with me) but I know that I will not be blogging every day. I will as often as I can to keep you posted in week 4. As for now, Happy Weekend everybody! :-)


P.S. I did not, I repeat did not do the 10 minute cardio burn the other day. :-P But! I did do it today with my sister! :-)

Week 3 Day 2/3/4

Oops! Been a little busy around here and I have not spent as much time on the computer. A good thing except it means I do not do as well keeping up on blogs. lol 
So, Tuesday I did not do the Slim in 6 but could not go to bed without doing anything so I did a routine with exercise bands. Wednesday we did the Slim in 6 phase 2. Still quite the burn. Ugh. That brings us up to date. :-)
I know I am blogging in the middle of the day but looking at the rest of my day I do not believe that I will be fitting anything else in. I did not do the Slim in 6 today but did go mall walking with my walking buddy, Julie. Yay! (When I say walking I mean our walking with bursts in the middle) Oh, just remembered...I might be doing a 10 minute cardio later with Jana. As of right now let's say I AM doing it. :-)
