Supposed to have been posted earlier today but failed...

Well after barely getting one or two miles in these last few  days, finally got four in today! Woot! :-D Plus! Doing better the last couple of days on my eating habits too. 
You know...I probably wouldn't have such a hard time controlling my eating habits if I would go to bed early enough to get a good nights sleep...

Back in the game!

Hello, internet world! I'm back in the game and recently thought that maybe I should begin to use this blog as a motivational tool again. Here it is almost a year to date since I originally started this blog and I haven't made much progress. "Yo-yod" up and down with the same 5/10 lbs, worked out on and off, roller skated on and of, etc. all year. A couple of weeks ago though, I "got serious" ... again...as the I realized how close I was to my original end date of Oct of 2012. Two years ago is when I began this "serious" weight loss/lifestyle change journey with the Lord but I'm ashamed to say that I haven't made much progress. So as I count down the days of this last year, I'm back in the game ... PLEASE pray for me and help keep me accountable! I would greatly appreciate it. :-) My game plan as of right now is Walk Slim with Leslie Sansone. I love her DVDs!!! I've walked every day of the last two weeks except for one day and plan on keeping it up! Of course with the recent holidays and my birthday the weight hasn't been dropping off though I am thankful to say that I've only gained 2 lbs after all of that. So! As I continue walking/working out and begin to eat MUCH better I hope to be posting weight losses on here! I have set up mobile blogging so I will be posting workout and weight loss updates on a regular basis via text. Umm...I guess that's about it for now. Stop back by and watch me lose weight! :-)
