Figuring stuff out

Update for today. Walked 2 miles "with" Leslie then did my 30 minute workout (Shakeology). 


Been thinking about my weigh in on Monday. The 3 lb gain. Yeah. That one. In considering all of the facts (my shirts are still looser, I'm beginning to see muscle definition in new places, and I'm more naturally a muscular person) I've decided that that gain is possibly some muscle gain. I'm not going to lean on this, still trying to work harder at the working out and the calorie consumption etc, but it made me feel a little better. I don't know if this makes sense or not...but it's a conclusion I've come to in my fitness journey so I'm sharing it with ya'll. :-) And if it's true then I need to accept it anyway for the future. Need to remember to not only rely on the numbers on the scale.
