Hey! Just popping in for a "real" post. :-) Since my last post I've worked out every day even if it was just one mile. Though other times I've done a painful, new 30 minute workout that makes me hurt. lol And I did two miles once or twice. I have also done a lot better at my portion control, partially thanks to a cold that I have that has virtually taken away any appetite. :-) "I'm one stomach flu away from my goal weight." A cold in this case and ... a few colds and stomach flus away. lol But it was funny. :-) Oh right, all of that to say that I was naughty and weighed myself today mid-week ... and I'm down 3 whole pounds! :-D Looking forward to weigh-in day and seeing what my complete weight loss is for the week! Well, there's your "real" update for awhile. :-) Thanks for the encouragement all!
