Week 1 Day 1

Whew! Just completed the first work out and I am pooped! We were shaking and puffing! lol! I guess I should not tattle on my sister though. :-P The routine was 25 minutes long and used an array of different movements including some traditional ones such as squats, crunches, and push ups. Not too bad which makes it easier to get yourself to do it. There are 3 levels, we obviously did the first one. I do not know how long we will continue to do it...maybe a week and then see if we feel like trying the next level...we shall see. But this is definitely enough for now! As of right now this is all I have done today because my walking partner was unavailable. I have to return my roller skates to get the right size. Can not wait until I do so that I can start skating and racking up the calories! :-D Calories burned, that is. :-)
