Week 1 Day 3

I did it today! Yay! I did get interrupted for a couple of minutes in the middle but I jumped back in. It felt good. I told my sister that the second time is the hardest but best. Hardest to get yourself to do it but when you do it finally starts to feel like you are actually in a routine. But maybe that is just me. lol I haven't really started consciously eating better but I am kind of....If that makes sense. I'm already starting to feel better. Looking forward to finishing the first week. Oh! I weighed myself this morning. Probably should have Monday when I first started but Wednesday has always been my weigh day. The number was good. Not down...I don't think...maybe 1 lb...but not up either so that is good. Can't wait to start seeing results! Kudos to my sister who worked out yesterday even though I didn't and my friend who lost 5 lbs!
