Week 2 Day 3

We did "phase 2"! Well, we tried to. :-/ The disc kept skipping so we ended up skipping some. But it was still a more intense workout than "phase 1". It felt good. I also did 15 or so minutes of independent exercising on my own. Squats, crunches, and variations of these. It all felt very good. Especially after weighing myself. Did not lose any. I finally got around to measuring myself too. I do not know if there were any good changes there or not because this was the first measuring. I will keep my eyes on those numbers now! I was thinking about it, I do feel better despite the annoyance of the working out and the fact that no numbers seem to have changed. So I will try to keep that in mind when I really do not feel like doing anything one day. Praying for greater dedication in exercise and food this week and looking forward to next weeks measure/weigh in!
